(5-character
stage play) An
actor who is out of work makes a living getting into houses to interest people
into making a party which he
himself will entertain in exchange for money, goods or anything else
he could make use of. This time, he
finds a family in absolutely no
mood for a party. He will accept the challenge. (The
idea of this play could also serve for a TV serial comedy, showing the character
entering all sorts of households and offices).
(Screen
play) A
woman cannot reach a climax with her husband because he does not allow her the
time she needs. They blame each other, they hurt each other, they argue
constantly and they don’t go for shrinks.
They get a divorce and she involves in a series of erotic affairs, risqué
but non-pornographic. The heroine walks a tough and troubled path. She wants to
find pleasure at any cost.
(TV
serial comedy) “Gimme”
is a naive and primitive savage
Indian from a jungle in Amazon who ends up living with an urban familiy.
“Gimme” is a kind of program which resembles “Alf” in the sense
that they are both strangers disturbing the daily
routine of a household. But
in this case the character is a human being who, at some point, will stop
hiding from people. There’s also
a touch of “Mork and Mindy” in the clash of cultures, the contrast between
two completely different lifestyles.
“Gimme” does not speculate with
people, he is easily moved, tender, generous, uninterested, sincere to the
extreme; surrenders emotionately without reserves, prejudices, or fears. His
presence is a permanent trouble for everybody and for “Gimme” himself.
Two
recently divorced men meet by chance, become friends and decide to open up a
hotel for singles at the place one of them had inherited.
Pipo unfolds and corporizes and his other self can only be seen by himself and the audience becoming his own advisor, alley, critic and judge as well as the voice of his own conscience, involving Pipo in different adventures and becoming responsible for every kind of situation he gets into. One day, because of a strong emotional situation, Pipo starts taking part in dialogues with his own self reflected in the mirror. This other image becomes independent and either corporizes or blends with Pipo according to the circumstances. |
